He joined some other brothers on their way to Portiuncula.
He lived in a cave at San Paolo leaving only to attend Mass
and sweep the nearby monastery.
One day one of the speakers did not show up.
The other brothers asked Anthony to speak in his place.
He amazed everyone with his knowledge of christ.
After this Anthony was always traveling, preaching and evangeling.
Anthony was an amazing speaker and attracted people from all around.
He converted thousands of people and it was said even the fish liked
to come and listen to him.
